Through years of experience I discovered that roasting and blending
fresh spices is the secret to producing great quality food.
Spinach and Chick Pea Curry
All the spices are delivered to us as
fresh as possible, The Cumin Cardamom Coriander seeds are roasted
and ground before cooking to maximize flavour its also important to
consider texture and colour.
Puy Lentil Vegan Stew
Fry the onions, ad the garlic, tomatoes and some
some veg. Then comes the Puy Lentils and let it simmer. Add fresh
leaf coriander. Seasoned to taste. That's, it plain and simple -
delicious.
Rice
Hi quality Basmati Rice is cooked with cinnamon
sticks and cardamom pods to infuse extra flavour.
Vegan Fritters
For that different fresh deep fried texture try our fritters, gluten
free made to order with infused fennel seeds mustard seeds fresh
ground pepper freshly chopped veg
Salad Bar
For the Salad Bar we freshly squeeze the juice out of a box of Lemons
make our own dressings and combine it with Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds.
Order in plenty of fresh basil and coriander, take a trip to a good
veg supplier and let your imagination do the rest... Lets get the
delicate flavours rocking man its all about fresh, fresh, fresh.
Coffee
We do have a two group Ranchilio machine serving
freshly ground high quality espresso and cappuccino. Electrical
hook-up required.
Low Impact Products
All our plates are cardboard or paper forks are wooden sugar is in a
bowl on the front counter and we have a policy of recycling all
things if it is possible
