E-mail: info@veggies.org.uk 		Congratulations on your Green Trading Award. It is a struggle getting the environmental benefits of vegan/vegetarian catering acknowledged at Glastonbury. Your efforts in cutting energy use and reducing your carbon footprint paid off, but with livestock causing so much environmental damage the major benefit comes from simply making no bones about it and not selling meat. Well Done!
